Carlos is Head of Finance and Operations for Cadencia, leading finance and risk management operations. Carlos brings 9 years of experience as a sales executive and as a financial analyst, along with a bachelor’s degree in financial administration and a certificate in strategic business administration and business management. Carlos has explored the world, living in Canada and New Zealand in years past. Running, biking, and reading are additional passions that keep him busy in his free time. Carlos is a great example of positivity and work ethic for our nearshore staffers.
