Alejandra Quintanilla, Cadencia’s recruitment leader, brings over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition. Throughout her career, she has led recruitment, onboarding, and customer experience processes at global companies, ranging from fast-growing startups to multinational organizations. She specializes in building teams from the ground up, hiring both technical and non-technical roles, and designing more human-centered and efficient hiring processes.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, working out, going on walks, tufting, and has a strong passion for home decor.
