Tony is an Accounting Manager for a Cadencia client, where he oversees full-cycle accounting, project management, and process improvement for clients in Real Estate, Nonprofits, and Private Equity. With a Bachelor’s in Public Accounting and years of experience as an international Controller, Tony excels at bridging complex logistics—like Incoterms and inventory costing—with modern financial operations. He is a specialist in Colorado Sales Tax compliance and a proficient user of QBO, Bill.com, and Ramp, known for delivering clear, strategic insights to leadership teams.

A natural leader and mentor, Tony manages a team of 3–5 bookkeepers with a calm, analytical approach. Outside of work, he is a passionate film lover who enjoys writing scripts and exploring new narratives. To maintain his focus and wellness, he practices boxing and is always on the hunt for his next new experience—usually with a soundtrack he’s singing along to at the top of his lungs.
